Throughout his distinguished career, Thomas has held senior executive roles across global organizations, including serving as Global Business Process Director and CIO for Consumer Foods at Kerry Group, and currently as Interim CIO at WeLink. He also served as Chair of the Board of GS1, demonstrating his leadership in industry standards and best practices.
His professional journey spans from large-scale multinational operations to founding the company with his wife Dee Shortall, who provides the personal well-being side of their professional and personal well-being model.
Thomas has successfully guided numerous businesses through digital transformations and operational improvements, with notable achievements including leading major IT infrastructure projects at global scale, developing proprietary business process frameworks, and establishing a trusted consultancy practice.
